To God be the Glory for the great things he has done. I am truly sorry to hear about the lost of Mr. Philp Palmer, he was truly a good director of Material Management. I am truly going to miss him, he was always very quite and really didn't ask much of people. I know he is rejoicing with lord. To the Family I know this is a hard time for you and you might not understand why things happen, just know that the Lord never makes a mistake when he calls our love ones home to be with him. Just think of the good times you all shared with him and know that he will always have a special place in your heart. Rest In Peace Mr. Philip Palmer until we meet again.
